Vernon Smart Tech Assembly Service

When you invest in a smarter home, the foundation matters. At Ion Systems, we take care of more than just your smart devices—we handle the full setup, including the furniture and hardware they live on. Our professional assembly services ensure your flat-pack media furniture, structured AV racks, and tech-centric storage are built cleanly, securely, and ready for integration.

Whether you’re upgrading a living room with a new media center, setting up a structured cabinet for your network gear, or creating a full AV zone with speaker stands and equipment racks—we bring the experience, care, and attention to detail that makes your system shine.

Smart Home Assembly Done Right

Our assembly service is tailored for homeowners who want more than just a quick install—they want the right look, perfect placement, and seamless function. We specialize in assembling:

  • Flat-pack TV stands and media centers

  • IKEA and modular entertainment units

  • Speaker stands and surround sound furniture

  • Structured media cabinets for smart hubs and cable management

  • AV racks for home theaters, server closets, and equipment zones

  • Wall-mounted TV and soundbar brackets

Each item is carefully assembled to manufacturer specs, with extra attention to cable routing, ventilation, and weight distribution—because smart tech deserves a solid, reliable base.

One Team. One Appointment. Total Setup.

As a natural extension of our home automation services, our assembly work is fully integrated into your tech setup. That means fewer service calls, faster timelines, and flawless execution. We don’t just build the furniture—we install your gear, connect the devices, and handle the finishing touches so your space is ready to use.

Let us:

  • Assemble your new TV stand

  • Mount the TV and conceal the cables

  • Add a Sonos speaker system to your media unit

  • Connect it all to your smart remote or voice assistant

  • Organize your equipment with a structured data/AV rack

  • Configure your network gear or smart hub cabinet

Everything is done cleanly, efficiently, and with care—no cardboard left behind, no tangled wires, and no unfinished edges.

We help create that balance, whether it’s a low-profile unit for your condo in Vernon, or a fully equipped AV rack in your Coldstream family home. And we always keep scalability in mind—so you can start simple and expand when you’re ready.

Assembly FAQs

What kinds of furniture do you assemble?
We specialize in media and smart home-related furniture—TV stands, entertainment units, AV racks, speaker stands, structured media cabinets, and more. We also assemble related wall-mounts and brackets.
Can you also set up the devices once the furniture is assembled?
DYes! That’s what sets us apart. We don’t stop at furniture—we’ll mount your TV, connect your audio system, program your remote or smart assistant, and ensure everything works perfectly together.
I already bought an IKEA media console. Can you build and install it?
Absolutely. We regularly assemble flat-pack furniture like IKEA TV units and entertainment centers. We’ll even mount your TV above it and hide the cables for a seamless look.
Do you offer this service on its own, or only with smart home installs?
